The Winona Ice Fest is a collaborative event between the City of Winona, the Recreation Alliance of Winona, and Big River Climbing Guides. We are so excited to host our second annual ice festival and can’t wait to celebrate the Winona Ice Park and ice climbing with a bunch of friends new and old! We are so thankful to everyone who supported our first year and look to see more smiling faces next year!
